今季初確認。
夜の気温が下がった途端に出て来た。
最も早く出現する冬尺蛾のひとつ。
2♂が灯下にいた。
分布：北海道、本州、四国、九州、
　　　朝鮮半島、ロシア南東部
成虫出現月：11～12
幼虫食餌植物：クリ、ナラ、ミズナラ、クヌギ、アベマキ、カシワ、
　　　　　　　タカオカエデ
